RUSSELL A. RICHARDSON, President. Rusty has direct responsibility for the development, management and leasing of the Company’s commercial properties. Rusty was a state certified general real estate appraiser, and is an approved real estate expert witness in District Court. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Utah. He was previously a real estate broker, in charge of the investment division of a large Tulsa commercial real estate company.
